The Bridge has been producing organic drinks, desserts and cooking creams since 1994. All of their products are made with carefully chosen and certified ingredients, selected according to high quality and traceability standards. The Bridge products are 100% vegan, lactose-free, cholesterol-free, and most of them are also gluten-free. They use spring water from the mountains of Lessini, Italy, which is a vital ingredient in cereal drinks as they are made up of at least 80% water and 20% raw materials.
