Aromasense’s Black Seed Oil is a vegetable oil cold-pressed from the wild-grown seeds of the Nigella sativa plant. It has a mild, earthy, woody, and slightly spicy/peppery aroma and combines well with other oils and essential oils. Historically, people have used Black Seed oil for its therapeutic properties and medicinal and cosmetic benefits.
It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties. One of its main components is thymoquinone, an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound that may also have tumor-reducing properties.
