DIY Blends:

-Bath Salts: add 1 cup to a tub of warm water and soak your body for 20 minutes to relieve stress or soreness. For optimum results, add a few drops of lavender essential oil.

-Body Scrub: mix 2 teaspoons of Epsom Salt with 1 tablespoon of Pure Castile soap and 2 drops of Grapefruit essential oil. 

-Foot Soak: add half a cup of Epsom Salt to a warm water bowl. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. For optimum results, add a few drops of Rosemary essential oil. 

Ingredients: 100% pure magnesium sulfate.

CAUTION: Drinking or eating Epsom salt can cause serious side effects such as severe diarrhea. No studies prove that ingesting Epsom salt is safe or beneficial. Taking it by mouth can lead to sudden and dramatic changes in bowel behavior, which can be very dangerous and cause dehydration and discomfort.
