Easy to Use:

In a diffuser: add 10-15 drops to the diffuser or follow the instructions in your diffuser manual.

Add 15-20 drops in a spray bottle and top with water. Shake well and spray in the room or on bedsheets.

Applied on the skin: 5 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil (recommended: Almond or Grapeseed). Apply on arms and legs.

Ingredients: Cymbopogon flexuosus (lemongrass), Pelargonium graveolens (geranium) essential oils.
