This flour blend is an excellent quality baking flour that is made by mixing various gluten-free flours and starches. It contains Xanthan Gum, which gives it a light, spongy texture and a soft aroma, making it ideal for baking desserts such as cookies, cakes, brownies, pancakes, muffins, and more. It is not recommended to use this flour with yeast or with other ingredients that contain yeast. For yeast dough recipes, we suggest using Nabat All-Purpose Gluten-Free flour mix.
