Products are delivered directly from our main point of sale. You will be contacted by our team before your order is dispatched.
In-store pick up option is available. You can request it by contacting us via email at info@aromasense.me with a screenshot of your cart and your phone number.

Currency
Payments for delivered orders should be in cash US dollars. However, other currencies are accepted for in-store pick up.
Standard Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and delivered within 1 to 4 working days. Please note that delivery times and returns policies may differ depending on your location.
Express Delivery
We do not have this option for the moment but in-store same day pick up option is available, check “Delivery terms” above.
Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your product. When you receive your order please unpack and check it for damages as soon as it arrives.
We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any exchange or return.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
